Along the path betwixt Sheerside Climb and the Arena, Aloy encounters a Tenakth soldier, Vetteh, in desperate need of assist. He and his friend Littay were transporting supplies from Salt Bite and Memorial Grove when they were attacked by machines. Vetteh ran to become assist but he himself encountered another motorcar. At present he has left Littay to fight the machines lonely. Aloy offers to aid Littay while Vetteh gets reinforcements.
Examine the Supply Sled and Search for Tracks
Caput n along the path to Salt Bite until you discover a broken supply sled along the side of the path. Unfortunately, Littay is not there. Examine the sled for any clues to her whereabouts. Knowing that Littay must have run off, employ the Focus to find her tracks and highlight them.
Follow the Tracks and Kill the Machines

Follow the tracks away from the supply sled. Yous will somewhen find Littay fighting 2 Apex Spikesnouts and 2 Fire Canister Burrowers. Join her in the fight. The Apex Spikesnouts can be easily damaged with Acrid ammo and have a weak spot on their backs. A adept shot has the potential for a knockdown. Watch for rocks being thrown your mode and keep your distance. The Fire Canister Burrowers have a weak spot in their mouths and can also be damaged by Acid ammo. Littay volition be helping you in this fight so information technology shouldn't last very long.
Immediately after the machines are killed an Apex Clawstrider appears. Littay wonders how yous will accept the Clawstrider down, but a moment afterward Vetteh arrives with reinforcements.
Kill the Apex Clawstrider
The Apex Clawstrider is a Midweight Combat Auto that is a variant of the normal Clawstrider. It is more powerful which ways more harm. It is weak confronting Shock damage and strong against Acid and Plasma damage. It has the following components, abilities, and weapons:
- Glowblast Canister: Located on its front claws, these canisters will explode when damaged by Plasma ammo.
- Resources Container: This is a storage canister that is located on the Clawstrider's dorsum. Information technology contains valuable resource.
- Razor Tail: This is the Clawstrider's primary melee weapon. It is detachable, which means in one case information technology is removed, the attack is disabled. It is also a key upgrade resources.
The Apex Clawstrider has a few attacks to cull from including a sonic attack that tin can stun you for a few seconds. Its Razor Tail is its principal melee weapon so disassemble it every bit quickly every bit possible. Aim for the Glowblast Canister to tack on Plasma damage.
